Went this morning on drive thru. They gave me bacon farmers wrap instead of egg & cheese wrap. Looks like a 5 year old is making food orders here. Complains are always about food as per reviews. Hire some adults instead of 5 year olds. Next time I am going to court for child labour.
Crazy busy with customers and staff working very hard to accommodate everyone. Some customers impatient and lacking in understanding. Staff and manager trying to appease everyone. Drive thru plus counter service. Some customers were downright rude. I felt the staff were doing their absolute best
Slow staff
Anytime I order a turkey sandwich at Tim Hortons, particularly this location I specifically say “turkey sandwich NO BACON” and I say it very clearly and make sure they’ve heard me and repeat it back to confirm no bacon and yet every time I go to the drive-through window to pick it up when I get to my destination afterwards, there is bacon on the sandwich, even though at the window, I’ve asked again & they have confirmed to me that they did not put bacon on it - There is ALWAYS bacon. Ordered 2 med teas got the service 20minutes later! This is NOT A COMPLAINT FOR THE TEAM BUT THE MANAGER! Hire bro! Dont make the team struggle just cz u wanna save company money
