Terrible service has gone way downhill nobody understands you and nobody knows what’s going on as a customer I shouldn’t be explaining to your staff how to punch in a coffee
Very friendly staff very clean nice atmosphere and the food and coffee was great
There are major problems when going to this location in the afternoon. Why I have been served warm if not even cold coffee many times! I’m truly curious, is it failing equipment, poor training or just pure incompetence. When going in the morning everything is excellent. The time and money wasted are gone for good. This mistake will not be made again, I would be insane to ever go back. Please take this as a warning! Food is in the back because they have a fly problem. How about shut down for a few days and call in Orkin.
Horrible service at the drive thru i asked the young man working this morning if he could have manners . There was no good morning please or thank you. They act like they dont want to take your order. I should have kept driving i was shocked that a small town tim hortons was so rude.
