The store is clearly well-managed—staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the service smooth and pleasant. The food and drinks were consistently prepared and met the standards you’d expect from Tim Hortons. It really shows when a manager leads well, and Crystal Joy has created a positive environment that reflects in her team’s performance. Keep up the great work!
