Disgusting and unacceptable. I opened my cookie only to find it had a bite already taken out of it. How does something like this even happen? This is a major hygiene issue and shows zero quality control.
Had the lime cilantro wrap and it was very good. The watermelon lemonade wasn't as good as I hoped.
It seems like machines are down frequently. The London Fogs are not made correctly at this location. However, the staff are very friendly, polite & kind, and the service is speedy!
