Cashier was very rude. Asked for step tea(there was a full pot) and she said that we weren’t allowed it bc it was for mobiles and delivery’s.(what about customers standing in your business) They only had one pot on not another brewing. Got a hot chocolate and it was all water no mix in it. Maybe fill it, its not hard. Will not be coming back. Should not have shut down 191.
This Tim Hortons needs to figure out a better system. Food at one counter and drinks at another is just way too confusing for people. I’m tired of people taking my food because I’m down at the other end of the counter waiting for my drink.
