Fast and friendly staff, great food, good customer service
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff here have no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. When I followed up about my online order, one of the employees actually told me she “doesn’t know how to read an order number.” That alone says everything about the level of service. My order was already prepared, yet I was left waiting almost 15 minutes while the staff walked around looking “busy” but doing absolutely nothing.
