I went to Tim Hortons today for a simple double-double, and the service was downright disgraceful. The girl who served me handed over a coffee with the lid dripping in spilled coffee, as if presentation didn’t matter at all. When I asked for the lid to be changed, she looked at me like I was begging for a free drink. The audacity to even question why I wanted it changed shows a complete lack of manners and respect for customers. Quick and friendly service, got exactly what I asked for. If it wasn't located in a gas station that looks like an lcbo the atmosphere would've been 5 star as well
