I could never understand why a Tim's has one-star reviews, but now I do. The service started strangely; the woman ahead of me was complaining to the staff that the food she had eaten earlier was "gross"—she wasn't even placing an order, just venting about the taste. While I agree fast food is nothing special, after tasting my order, I completely understood her concern. The food was borderline stale. The crew in the morning here is incredibly nice. It's a bit slow at times but the people are always pleasant
They must be using a plastic kids knife to be cutting the bagels cause how are you? Gonna smash my bagel flat and not cut it all the way through. I’m not gonna say who but it’s the new people that’s ruined Tim Hortons.
I work at the dispensary next door and my coworkers and I have frequented this location for years. We’ve never had issues until a new hire started working there. Her name is Misha or Nisha, the supervisor wasn’t clear when speaking to me. Nisha or Misha is a taller, young, brown woman if description is needed. My boss came in around 4:30 for a coffee, she was the only customer in the store.
