Tried serving me a wrap that fell on the ground! Went to the drive through and one of the ladies dropped it, passing it to the young man at the window. I said I wasnt taking it because it fell on the ground. The man said its all good because its covered by a wrapping. Excuse me?! Actual insanity. They then tried giving me the same wrap! When I refused they then flung it in the garbage. I quite literally am not going to Tim Hortons anymore, im also going to complain to the city
Overall, this location can be good. Kinda hit or miss though. Last few visits were a miss, today was a hit. Food is fresh, ai love it when I'm not drinking burnt coffee. Convenient location right off Crowchild, great if you've forgotten to grab your coffee beforehand.
Amazing! 10/10
