I loved how most of the staffs are soo good and professional with customer and how they always make sure we get the best hospitality.
The manager of this Tims kindly honoured my rollup the rim on a cold beverage. I was going through the drive through and ordered an ice latte, then at the window I was informed the roll ups are only for hot beverages. It was my fault as I should’ve read up on what I could redeem or asked before I ordered, but the manager still kindly honoured it. Staff were very friendly and efficient!
