It's a Timmys so you get what is advertised. Mobile orders sometimes just don't get filled, so you have to check in with them if it isn't ready yet. Staff is happy and pleasant though.

My first time at tim hortons and it was actually not bad. Ordered the Cilantro chicken bowl and crispy chicken craveable wrap and both were okay.
Vicky is the best she is so kind and caring she always looks out to please the customers will definitely come back! Shoutout to vicky
Horrible customer service. I showed I had a deal on the Tim's app, and they are unable to input any deals, and coerced me into paying full price, and ultimately blamed me.
