I usually like this location, but today’s experience was unacceptable. We ordered two Farmer’s Wrap combos, and the staff suggested adding a hash brown to make it a combo. What we received were the oldest, stiffest hash browns imaginable it was hard, cold, and clearly sitting out for hours. They ruined the wraps, making them literally inedible. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons (Country Hills & Nose Hill Dr) for over 2 years, often stopping by 4 times a day. Unfortunately, today I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered, and it happened in the drive-thru.
