This location is not cleaned properly absolutely disgusting. Several homeless people with there clothes all over the floors - Stinks so bad "there were 6 homeless people slumped over on the tables". Floors are disgustingly dirty also. Whoever the manager is needs to step up and do there job. Did tim hortons turn into a homeless shelter? 🤮
The girl who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me as if she were doing me a favor rather than serving a paying customer. Her tone and attitude were dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. Customer service should make customers feel welcome, not like they’re an inconvenience. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
