I was here for about i dont know how long, enjoying my coffee and saw this delivery driver walk in and keep shoving his phone on the employees faces when an elderly lady is assisting him already. This employee named Vince explained that he should be patient as they have a pretty long line up and that everyone was waiting as well(its true). This delivery driver then came in again later on to disrupt and be rude to them so they need to call security. The Tim Hortons at Market Mall is one of my favourite in the city. Though extremely busy, the staff are fast, efficient and friendly and handle it like pros!
This Tim Hortons is the best at accommodating my dietary restrictions and is able to make me drinks that don't hurt my stomach!
