Although this Tim Hortons doesn't have a drive-thru, the location is convenient, there's plenty of parking and the service has always been good.
This location is supposed to close at 10:00 p.m. at 9:24 p.m. I found a locked door and being told they were already closed and they refused to serve me refused to serve me and the security threatened me with the cops so if you're going to this location just don't it's not worth the hassle
This has got to be the most welcoming tims ive been to, smiling faces everywhere, staff that asks and cares about how my day's been, not to mention being speedy quick and accurate with my very large group order, would definitely come again!!
I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a pizza and found a strand of hair in it. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of taking responsibility or offering a proper apology, they completely denied it. This is unacceptable for any food establishment—basic hygiene and customer service were completely lacking. I expected better from a reputed chain like Tim Hortons. Definitely rethinking if I’ll be returning.
I understand that they are busy, but it was disappointing to see some staff members with rude attitudes.
