This is my familiar coffee shop. But recently I met an Asian woman (Chinese or Hong Kong), when I ordered 2 cups of hot coffee, double double - this type of coffee is very popular in Canada, why did she sell it with an unhappy, depressed attitude, I felt like she had a racist attitude towards me. I'm not satisfied.
I went there at 9:47 and they are closed. Wow
The service from this employee has been consistently poor. His attitude comes across as unprofessional and dismissive, and it’s not a one-off — this has happened multiple times. It makes for an uncomfortable experience as a customer. If he’s not comfortable in a customer-facing role, he may be better suited to a position that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers.
