They know how to make extra bucks. I ordered one small French Vanilla and Artisan bun with hash brown. They charged me $2 for hash brown but did not add it in the order. When I reached office, I was so disappointed. It looks like its a common practice among Tim Horton's employees to make money like this. Third incident on 9th May 2025.. I ordered bagel, toasted with butter and habanero sauce and as usual, you people forgot to add the sauce and refunded less money compare to what I paid. Best place to get donuts n coffee, the staff is great the food is good. My favorite is herb and garlic Savory pastry tin bits mixers, the staff is very friendly great.
Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Clean environment .
While drive thru they guys take order very rudely
Friendly and efficient!!! The peach frozen was really good!
