Unacceptable behaviour of staff. Careless and unprofessional even the orders were ready they are not letting the customer know. If you asking them for the order they will give you an attitude. Wasting everyone time. Need to be more organized and treat everyone equally. No name tags even.
I visited around 12:15 PM, and the service was extremely slow and disappointing. This seems to be a recurring issue, as customers are constantly left waiting too long for their orders. Even when the orders are already prepared and ready, the staff fail to inform customers or call out their order numbers. Slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to! I finished my entire medium drink before my sandwich was even ready—over 15 minutes after ordering. Another customer stood at the counter for what must have been 10 minutes waiting to place an order, despite the store being practically empty. I finally had to tell the staff that someone was waiting. One employee called the girl from the back twice before she eventually came out to take the order. this place is disgustingly dirty. the new staff are rude and impatient and one of the employees licked their fingers after handing me a donut. this place used to be great but now it is disgusting, and after waiting 15 minutes for a wrap it came burnt and after requesting a non-burnt one they said i’d have to pay again.
