I was a little down after England's defeat in the World Cup, but the kind and friendly service I received from Joaquin definitely lifted my spirits. Seeing someone truly enjoy their work and convey that through a smile is quite rare these days. I'll definitely be back for another French vainilla and a donut. Thank you, Joaquin.
I come to this location daily and Joaquin is such a highlight of each visi. I just wanted to recognize Joaquin for always being so friendly, welcoming, and kind. I had such a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons in Calgary today. The staff were incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Joaquin, the manager, for his outstanding service he made my day! Also, the Oreo Ice Cap I ordered was amazing, the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and great attitude! You guys are the best! Will definitely be back
