Great staff, great service!
The worst Tim's I have EVER gone to which is saying something considering this city's food industry customer service. I ordered a steeped tea at the register and stood there for over 20 mins waiting for it, as they were busy during the lunch rush. I finally went up to the counter and asked where my drink was and the lady flat out yelled that I had already received my drink and that I was trying to scam them for another one as she made my personally and she was not doing that.
