I got a deal on jan 26,on coffee and wrap as its a promo going on and I went to get same on jan 27 around 11:45ish. The staff had no clue. They were asking the other lady. That old lady was like shouting and said only hot coffees and I said sure we can do French vanilla with the wrap she was like coffee and I was wondering if French vanilla isn't a coffee anymore. I bought one large ice coffee with less ice , the staff was not taking order respectfully and don’t even listen the order . They give me Carmel ice coffee with extra ice the whole cup is full of ice and not even tasting good .. worst Tim coffee I ever had … they were keep talking and not understanding what customers are saying …. Bad staff worst coffee ….
