Tried to use the drive through and had 3 different food and drink items to order and barely got one order before the lady was already trying to send us to the window. Gave up after 3 tries to correct and finish the order. Told them I'd just go in to order. Ordered inside and received drinks in a timely fashion. Food on the other hand took at least 15 minutes and people who orded after us received same sandwiches as us before we had ours. Been coming here for years, typically pretty good for fast food. Over the last few years everything has gone downhill. Today I waited 20 minutes in the drive through. Had a very simple order that I had to repeat genuinely 10 times. I get it times r busy, but of course when I go to eat my food my order is wrong and missing items. Do better
Good service
The tables were dirty, had litter and unwashed grease marks. Service was slow. I had to wait a while before someone came to the register to take my order. My food was slow to be prepared. One of the staff members apologized for the delay, which I appreciate. The food was good.
