There is a very bad employee, and I do not want to mention her name or position, in order to avoid being dismissed from her job.I hope Tim Hortons will care more about their customers and select and train their employees.It was a terrible experience for me in this branch.
If there was somewhere else we would NEVER go here. Basic orders like “toasted bagel with cream cheese” is just too complicated. Can never get it right. Count your blessings if you can actually see the cream cheese on your bagel cause there’s no way you’re tasting it! They ALWAYS have to check and see if they have ANYTHING. Donut? Bought a large quencher before work and they served me a cup full of ice with a splash of lemonade.
Horrible staff and managers. They gave my son an incorrect order, refused to fix it, took the food back and sold it to the next person. Then they kicked him out and told him not to come back when he asked fir his money back. Absolutely insane.
