Nice place overall with a good atmosphere. The service was very fast, my order was taken right away and both my food and drink were ready in about 10 seconds, which was impressive. That said, the cleanliness could be improved a bit, as some areas didn’t feel as well-maintained as they could be. Still, if you’re looking for quick service, this spot definitely delivers.

Too rude manager was too much attitude most of the tims do the same order from last 3 years i had been in this country but he refused to customise the order i also used to work tim hortons but like customer want we customize it it was worst experience i asked less ice just few ice cubes

During my visit, I received what I would describe as very poor customer service. I made a simple and reasonable request—to have my coffee cup filled a little more. Unfortunately, my request was refused without explanation or any effort to accommodate me. While I understand that staff must follow guidelines, I believe small gestures like this can go a long way in creating a positive customer experience.
