Check your roll up rim before you drive away. Last Sunday at 630 pm, I got a coffee and a wrap. I do end up drinking all of the coffee, so I didn't remove the lid until the next day. Someone had already rolled up the rim in a small area and the answer was exposed. Buyer beware
I visited this branch today for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The meal was extremely salty. When I spoke to the staff about it, instead of apologizing, she said it wasn’t possible to address the issue. When I asked her to test or correct the meal, she refused and did not offer a replacement or refund. I will not be trying their food again.
Very disappointed with my experience today at the drive-thru. We ordered steeped tea but were given coffee instead. When we asked for a water cup, it wasn’t provided. Meanwhile, three staff members were standing together talking while orders were being handled incorrectly. The lack of attention to customer service was frustrating. I expect better accuracy and professionalism.
