Lady said the Tim is only from 6:00 am to 11:00 am from now?
I ordered my drink at drive through and they got it wrong, i told them at the window that they got it wrong and instead of making me a another drink, they just “re wrote” it on the lid from “TT” ( triple triple) to “DD” ( double double) . Isnt it a lie and a waste of my time, i had to drive back and walked inside the store to get it right.
We usually just get drinks but came through today to get lunch for my teen. Ordered the cilantro lime bowl on the menu/screen. Was told they don't have that. The staff then said what I thought was the menu is just an add. I then ordered a wrap and was told they didn't have the one I ordered (also off the non menu on the screen) what the heck?!? Drink was also not mixed (mocha iced capp all the chocolate on the bottom). Are you training new staff or have you completely lost it here?
