I Went thre 8:30 mondy moring for drive thru staff at drive thru is so unprofessional and really donot now how to treat custmer . They start laughing and mke faces if custmer took a bit longer to pay .. really need to train well about wht custmer service is ……
Went there on Sept 28 and there was 3 flies in the store and 1 was on top of a donut. I talked to the staff there but seemed like they didn’t care.
I wanted to mention that coincidentally I had to go to two Tim Hortons same day. 500 Country Hills Blvd (this one) and the one on 49th st E (see review copied below). I am especiallysharing so readers know I am very happy to write a good review. I am not sure if any of these is a franchise or corporate store. The 500 Country Hills store was badly organized. If you want a cream cheese bagel don't get it here couldn't even see the cream cheese on the bagel new ownership I guess they're trying to cut corners unacceptable.
