A welcoming and a clean environment, making it a reliable and comfortable stop. I ordered two Brown sugar iced latte, that tastes too good and I like their customer service as well.
Hardly any glaze on these timbits at all. You have to wait for them to cool before they're glazed otherwise you end up with this. Busy or not this is unacceptable practice. Paying full price for sub-par products and then having to glaze them yourself at home just to get whoat you should've had. Chatted with the assistant manager and she said their baker was new. Well I guess she wasn't properly trained then. Received a replacement box which wasn't much better. Hope they fix this issue.
