I recently visited your location and had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, communication with the staff was quite difficult, which led to confusion with my order and delays in service, also the F vanilla was I believe it would be helpful to ensure that all employees have a sufficient level of English proficiency to communicate effectively with customers. This would greatly improve the overall customer experience. I hope you can address this issue and provide better service in the future.
