Very disappointed with this bagel. It was clearly stale and poorly prepared. The texture was dry and hard, and it did not feel fresh at all. This is not the quality I expect when paying for food. I would not order this again.
We asked the staff for a band-aid and was told they don't have it. FIRST AID KIT SHOULD ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. Asked the second Staff, she said NO we dont have it. Asked them again and was told, the band aid is in the MANAGERS ROOM. Now, they're completely lying about not having it or it was in a LOCKED location. First Aid KIt should be accesible at ALL times.
