Excellent customer service and outstanding performance from the staff especially from love a and his crew mates
Not sure why they always make you wait on the drive through order. Probably to reduce the fulfill time. Additionally regardless of what time of the day I get food that has anything that contains fried stuff like hash browns, crispy chicken etc.. its always fried multiple times and one could tell that they have been sitting for a while and they refried it just before packing.
This is unacceptable, the fact that I didn’t even ask for toasted and the staff burnt my bagel
