I want to give a massive shoutout to Jagmeet! She handles customer service beautifully and is incredibly kind every single time I visit. Even during the busiest evening rushes when the line is out the door, she stays patient, friendly, and efficient. It is so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making your day a little brighter, but Jagmeet does exactly that with her warm attitude and great service. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her on the team—she is a total rockstar!
