I would really appreciate it if the staff took a moment to listen before rushing through customers’ orders. I specifically ordered a plain sandwich with no meat. I even repeated myself several times to make sure there was no misunderstanding. Unfortunately, I was still served a sandwich with meat. To say I was frustrated would be an understatement. I’m disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons. The food itself was ok, but the service was extremely frustrating. Our second order was completely forgotten, and we ended up waiting for a long time. That kind of wait is simply unacceptable, especially without proper communication or updates. A good meal can’t make up for such poor service. I hope the team improves their order management and customer service so others don’t have the same experience.
Reposting as it looks like my last review was deleted. Making this place look even worse. Probably the worse Tim Hortons ive actually ever gone through. This review isnt just from a one time visit but am writing it after having many very unsatisfied visits.
