Misleading menu - it shows oat milk substitute as an option but they don’t carry any dairy free alternatives.
Terrible service. Even when there are multiple people working, only one person taking orders. Please serve customers first atleast when there's a lineup. Airport employees like myself have limited time for our breaks and I spent all of that waiting in the line and then left empty handed anyways cause I had to get back to work.
I ordered two medium ice cap with whipping cream and garlic patty as well…… He already knows that they are out of cream but still charged me $2 and patty was too hard… when I said to another employee about this she didn’t say sorry or anything and answered me with full of attitude that it doesn’t matter I will give you $2 back…… is it a good customer service….. Disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons. The staff didn’t scan my rewards card even though I asked, and the person at the counter was quite rude. Not the kind of experience I expected, especially at the airport.
