I don’t usually submit complaints but i feel it is important to share my experience from today’s visit! The lady who served us named SIMRAN is extremely RUDE and displayed a completely lack of customer service! Throughout the interaction, there was no friendliness, professionalism or willingness to assist . Despite the situation, no apology was offered and her attitude made us feel unwelcome! No service, wrong items, long wait, extra charges (not sure if accidentally), also way more expensive than regular tims
Worst tim, i have ever been to. Staff here seems to be unpaid. Very rude, They have basic food and beverages, and staff gets annoyed if you ask for any choice.
Great place to pick up a coffee before a flight. Not the best coffee.. but it’s open at 6am
I would not recommend this Tim Hortans. Witnessing health violations first handed, the most egregious being an employee sneezing directly into a new batch of muffins then placing them into the display anyway for ordering. Another one though not as serious, the coffee pots making contact with a nearly full trash can when dumping coffee grounds, potentially spoiling the coffee pot with refuse material then filling it up again with new coffee grounds.
