This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. My order was wrong, the service was terrible, and on top of that, the employees were just laughing among themselves instead of paying attention and responding to what the customer was asking for. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. There was no good customer service, no attention to detail, and they did not seem interested in fixing the mistake. For God's sake have at least 2 or 3 people working at the front. Its unfair for you guys to force work on one person tending the til, online delivery, mobile and kiosk orders. Also one time I ordered a habanero bowl with chicken but they gave me no chicken.
