We will never visit Tím Hortons on 16th Ave NW again! We only ordered 20 timbits to go. We waited 15 minutes. There were two customers in front of us. The man behind the cash register took 20 timbits us with his bare hands after 15 minutes!!!! I don't understand why they don't have or use tongs! Disgusting!!!

Tried to order food at 6:47pm they said they are closing at 8pm so they are no longer serving food tonight! Wow!!
