Drive thru is really busy, just park and go inside or do a mobile order and go inside to pick up. The protein lattes are worth. 300 cals for 27g of protein is decent.
I ordered double double medium coffee but it wasn’t hot I requested them to warm it up but received the same thing they even refused to microwave it and she said if you want more hot you have to wait until next pot. Customer service at it’s poorest level.
