Horrible. Doesn’t matter what you order. They charge what they want. and put what they want in your coffee. I guess I was an inconvenience for them. I’m really tired of poor service.
Burnt the flatbread pizza & got the side order wrong
My fiance had a bad experience about 2 weeks ago.. however, we decided to give this tim Hortons another shot since it's on our way to our son's soccer. Big mistake. They have terrible costumer service. They don't listen when being spoken to. They constantly get your order wrong and then tell you YOU ordered it wrong, when I know damn well what I ordered at the speaker.
