WORST TIM HORTONS IN THE CITY! Slow & are incapable of following the simplest instructions like extra sauce on a wrap but still make sure to charge you for it when you order! Unbelievably incompetent & actually makes me hesitant to ever go to ANY Tim Hortons at all! Food is made without care or attention to detail not to mention it takes far too long for them to complete an order while still clearly paying no attention to customer requests. TERRIBLE.
I come on the weekends to get coffee in the morning, there is usually a very nice young man with black curly hair at the window, he always says hi and treats me very well, I was there recently and my coffee was made wrong, I told him it was incorrect and he instantly fixed the mistake himself for me, very nice to see good costumer service from a young man, keep it up
