Manager Kiran is absolutely rude and lets her whole staff scream at customers.they dont scan points when you show them tims app on your phone and then proceed to disrespect you! Owner must fire Kiran and her punjabi staff that just screams at customers instead of helping
You can expect a massive line up in the drive through , consistently , every morning. Majority of staff don’t speak clearly or understand you properly, I gave 2 stars for service as there is one employee who speaks clear and concise and who you can clearly understand when ordering. Today when I finally decide to mention how both lanes need to be opened up as its grid locked at the drive thru entrance from all directions while a lane sits closed, I was told “uh 6:30” .. clearly 6:30 isn’t working ..
They only have one lane open in the morning there’s like 40 cars waiting takes 25 minutes to get a coffee.
