Company event and placed our order the day before. The day of the event we went to pick up our order. It was correct and on time.
Never been too impressed with a Tim Hortons. A skinny sandwich and a stale donut.
Customer Service is terrible. The last 4 times we have gone (Months apart) have been terrible. Order was wrong so had to go through the drive through again. They said they can't hear us through the speaker so we move up to the window and then they said they can't take orders at the window. So annoying. People have been rude everytime we have gone..
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They made sure my order was perfect and served everything with a smile. It’s always nice to see such good customer service—makes the visit so much better. Keep up the great work!
