"One Moment Please" in the drive thru is practically their catch phrase at this point. I go to this Tim Hortons most mornings to get my coffee and treat. The amount of times I've had " one moment please" repeated at me after ordering a single coffee is ridiculous. They are doing this to have their drive thru times lower so it seems like they got your order in the 10 seconds from order to window when really I've been sitting at the order sign for 2-5 min.
