What do they usually tell you when you start to work at customer service? Customer is always right!!! Well in my case I was!!!!!! The girl who was taking my order has temper problems and was very rude. I'm a regular customer, and I need to address a recurring issue with my coffee orders. On several occasions, the drinks have been poorly made. The one time I requested a remake, I've observed that the drink is simply adjusted with more milk or sugar instead of being remade as requested. The drink was cold and I asked them to remake it and the East Indian ladies argued with me and refused to remake it. This is unacceptable. I expect a fresh drink when I point out a problem.
