I waited 2o minutes for my order. The service was very slow, and no one said sorry. It was not even busy. Also, they didn’t give a sleeve for my hot coffee. This usually happens with the evening crew. I hope they improve their service.
I waited 24 minutes just to get my order. The service was extremely slow, and there were only a few people ahead of me. The staff didn’t seem organized, and no one apologized for the delay. I hope the management looks into improving their service. Very disappointing experience.
