Drive thru staff needs a bit of attitude adjustment as well as proper amount in beverages. Every other tim hortons fills the iced caps, coffee, iced coffees close to the top, not halfway. We pay $5 or more for drinks at least fill it properly..
Having lived in Caledonia for over 25 years the North Side Tim Hortons has been my primary go to. The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to make a customer happy. If there is ever a mistake on an order, they're quick to make it right. The managers are equally as friendly and contribute to a welcoming environment.
