It takes a long time, and when you want one thing, they give you something else — they waste a lot of time like that.
I order iced coffee every time. The coffee is always consistent. Even the place is usually busy, the crew is very fast.

There was some big blonde lady instructing staff and barking orders....all the white she had no hair tie or hair net...big head of dyed blond hair flying around the food prep area....no wonder Tim's sucks,the upper mgmt is teaching poor behavior
