Very disappointing experience. This is the second consecutive day my order has been incorrect. Today, I received a grilled cheese that wasn’t grilled at all. It was served with cold bread, cold tomatoes, and completely unmelted cheese. Yesterday, my bagel order was also made incorrectly. Mistakes can happen, but two incorrect orders in two days reflect a lack of attention to quality and order accuracy. I hope this location improves its food preparation and quality control.
Order online 2 ice coffees, they open at 8:30am I arrive at 8:45am and it was a note saying that we will open at 9am in a piece of paper with black sharpie pen. I needed to go to work so I didn't get my coffees and they is no way to cancel the order. Few other times when I want to order in person, google maps says that it's open and there is no worker inside the Tim Hortons area,sometimes the cashier from the gas station, needs to go to the back and tell the worker of tim hortons that they is people triying to order, it happ... read more
