This Tim Hortons has a total lack of willingness to listen to the customer. Today, April 14, 2025, I was served by a girl at the checkout at 4mp. I asked for less ice in my iced latte, to which I received a categorical refusal and a total lack of willingness to cooperate. With a cold smile, the girl offered to pay for what she had. This is the first Tim Hortons where I have encountered such a problem. I am very upset that I, as a customer, am not respected.
I think I hav discovered the worlds most durable piece of chewing gum—stuck near the counter at this Tim Hortons for over a month nowAt this point, it deserves its own name and employee IDThis is right where people stand in line and might rest their hands, which makes it even worse (free surprise stickiness, anyone?). The staff at the counter are great but if this gum has survived longer than my last diet it really makes me wonder about their cleaning standards.
