Saw two Indian guys yell at a worker today over a drink. It was so disturbing to watch. People don't understand that this is a fast food restaurant and no one deserves to me treated like this. If you don't like the rules then leave, no one is forcing you to buy from here. Management should keep a ban list for customers like this. Good job to the workers for keeping calm and serving the guests.
This locations is just horrible, they want people to use the kiosk to order them wait but you end up waiting 20 mins or more, they clearly need more staff. There are two Asian girls who work the till and coffee station and they are working so hard but the others are just dragging their feet around. Hire more staff!
