I’ve been going here for 6 years since I’ve been in Burnaby, the staff are nice and welcoming, it’s a busy location I’ll be honest but they have everything well maintained and prepared, I’m happy that they renovated this place looks so amazing, I’ve been sitting there all day lol. I’ve been coming to this location for few months now and I have to say every single time they give me the BEST service. Staff is always smiling and on numerous occasions I’ve seen them keeping their calm even if the customers are giving them hard time. They always try their best to help customers out, I do agree small mistakes happen once in a while but at the end of the day they are humans too. Some of the staff knows my whole order without me even asking(I guess being a regular helps :))

Placed online order at this location for immediate pickup, arrived to find long line ups for both pick up and dine in. The online order queue on the display screen was moving tremendously slow, about 15 to 20 mins each.
