The staff here never pay attention. You can repeat your order three times and they’ll still get it wrong because they're tuned out or rushing you to move along. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually listen.
I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. I observed an employee wipe their nose and then continue handling food without washing their hands or changing gloves. This raised concerns for me about food safety and hygiene. I hope management reviews proper food handling practices to help ensure a clean and safe experience for customers.
The food and atmosphere are meh (too small an area for how busy they are, and RBI food leaves a lot to de desired) but the staff are amazing here!!
