Washroom is out of order!! Restaurant is not clean. Lots of leaves on the floor.
20 mins to get 1 coffee, instead of working on customer orders they decided with over 20 people in line this was the time to change garbages and take orders but not fill any. Gave away another customers orders. This place needs to be managed way better. And respect given to those that wait up to 20 mins for a cup of coffee. They dont need to be rude when its them taking them so long.
This time Hortons is the worst one I have been to yet There service is incredibly slow even though they have 4 people working And only 3 people have ordered I have been here 30 minute and still haven’t gotten my drink. Even Cactus club has faster service
I ordered multiple times from the store. This time I ordered and paid extra for herb and garlic cream cheese and they missed it. I even called and talked to someone to make sure nothing is missing but my order was missing the spread. It’s not the first time. The worst is the management they responded with very rude tone. They always mess up at least one thing, ive come to expect it. However, today it was the most laughable, lazy mistakes. very clear its not just a language barrier, but a direct decision to be lazy and take zero pride in the work they do. Ordered a Bagel B.E.L.T. What does the T stand for? They don't seem to know, because they didn't add tomato. I chose the pre selected option of an everything bagel- the one they advertise.
