Great staff but terribly understaffed during morning and lunch. Other locations have a more balanced staff to customer ratio. Please hire more staff

I purchased a coffee, but when I asked to use the washroom, I was told it was closed. I spoke to the staff, and one of them told me, “We close in 10 minutes, so we don’t want to open it again.” This is not fair to customers. Good food, great service. Occasional long lines but that can’t be avoided
"Decent, but not amazing." The food was okay — eggs slightly overcooked and toast too crunchy. Coffee was good, but I've had better elsewhere.
