The people are lovely and always work very hard but this location is chronically understaffed. There is often only one person working the register, making coffee, and preparing food, all at the same time, so service tends be quite slow. Tim Hortons needs to hire more staff and/or offer more shifts.
had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons located in SFU today. The chili I ordered was extremely cold, and the muffin was also cold and clearly not fresh. It honestly felt like the food had been sitting out for a long time. The cleanliness was also a big issue. There were dirty dishes everywhere, and the chili was sitting in a stainless steel container without a lid or proper covering, not even kept in a warmer. Couple of times I went to buy bakery and it’s not fresh at all and taste really bad. I can see the trays are full of bakery but very few customers in store. Worst time hortons store!!!
Jas is not doing her job right. She didn’t toast my croissant well. She was in hurry
