I visited this location on Monday evening, absolutely beautiful place and kind staff, two guys who were working at that time one was Akash and the other I couldn’t quite get the full name but he said he is Afghan, they were super friendly and helpful, I asked them is the coffee fresh or not? the Afghan guy was honestly answered that is not fresh and I will brew and new one for you, I hope I can see them again
One of the best Tim Horton’s, the atmosphere is amazing and clean, all the staff are working hard to provide the best experience for customers, the food is amazing and tastes incredible, new drinks! they are fire! I recommend their new drink; orange tangerine with sparkling water, the staff always asks you with which variety you want that, they have with lemonade and frozen one too, I will visit this location over and over again
Harpreet is best employee. She gave very fast service and she was so humble.
The staff is courteous and efficient.
One of the slowest service I've ever had at any Tim Hortons. Workers are too busy talking and laughing with each other meanwhile customers are waiting for their food. Waited 10 mins for a donut after getting my coffee. Absolutely terrible and rude customer service as well. Don't get me started on the washrooms. Holy they are filthyyyyyy. Boss man needs to either hire more workers or do something. Also bring back the strawberry jelly timbits.
