This store is the most worst experience I have with Tim Hortons. All the stuff is not fully trained and Coffee always missing this and that… Every time I try to order espresso drink they always out of order.
Always takes forever to get an order. Owner needs to get a grip qnd hire more employees.
Très mauvaise expérience au Tim Hortons. Il y a un gros nid-de-poule dans la zone du service au volant et en passant dedans, ma voiture a été endommagée. C’est vraiment dangereux pour les véhicules et cela devrait être réparé rapidement. J’espère que la direction va prendre la situation au sérieux et corriger ce nid-de-poule avant qu’il cause encore plus de dommages ou un accident.
Staff super nice, but the store needs better planning, almost all was out of stock by 5pm sunday, and opens until 10pm. Im not a coffee expert but i believe the later the day the less cafeine you need and more alternative hot beverages you need. No milk machine, no salted bakery, no chocolate, no matcha, no mocca, no stevia, no mixers. . Not sure if it was a bad day on planning or a recurrent issue. Ill make sure to go to other timmies on sunday afternoon.
