Un des employés est mal élevé et devrait pas être mis en contact avec les clients. Il m'a fait sortir de mes gants car c'était la énième fois que je ferme les yeux sur le manque de respect et de professionnalisme de la part de ce même employé, je me suis déjà plaint à une pseudo gérante, mais rien ne change. Je suis passer le jeudi 17/07/2025 à 5h20 je demande un wrap saucisse au drive la personne me dis un petit matin ? Je répond oui pensant que c’était le nom du wrap finalement pas … la personne me fait mon wrap finalement mais ma bien fais comprendre que ça ne lui allait pas. Mon wrap arrive froid et quand je lui demande de me le chauffer il me répond ça marche pas et ferme la porte du drive … je trouve ça très mal polis et ça donne une très mauvaise image de tim bref je paye pour manger froid super …
Their customer service is excellent. The team works well together, always welcomes guests with a warm smile, and they keep all products in stock. The quick service and friendly atmosphere keep us coming back.
Completely unacceptable behavior from the manager. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in a restaurant. The manager Zahra was openly yelling at employees in front of customers, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone. It was honestly disturbing to witness. On top of that, she was rude and dismissive toward customers no respect, no courtesy, just a bad attitude all around. If this is how the place is run, it’s no surprise the service and experience were terrible. Management needs serious training ... read more
