Ask for Ripan, she's a wonderful helpful lady, always smiling to customers, acknowledging you while waiting for your turn, and whatever she recommended were just amazing.
I went through the drive through to get a caramel iced cap, and after I got it tasted it and I knew they gave me the wrong thing, this is like the 5th time this has happened to me where I ask for a caramel iced cap and they give me smt else and I never complain cuz I don’t like too. Absolutely loved my experience at this Tim Hortons! The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The staff made me feel valued and appreciated. Great service, great atmosphere, and definitely a place I’d recommend!
