I just had a horrible experience at the Tim Hortons in the Brantford General Hospital A-wing, being served by the older lady in glasses. I greeted her with a hi and she said nothing in response, and then when I went to order my large iced sugar free vanilla protein latte she charged me extra for the vanilla even though on the website it says it’s $4.99 (I assume there is a different button that she doesn't know about). Got what I ordered, everything in stock. Tims in general need to fix their POS system… staff at all stores don’t know how to ring in the Iced sugar free vanilla protein latte… rang in three different ways at multiple locations… all resulting in different price than on the menu.. had to order in app for easy access. This location though in general is excellent and great when visiting the hospital.
Absolutely horrible service, they cannot make anything correct at all. Have ordered breakfast wraps on several occasions and every single time they are made incorrectly and im not getting what i paid for. Avoid this tims as much as possible.
