Honestly, The service was great, good food, clean restaurant, got my drinks and food quickly and the employees were very kind.
This location tends to struggle when new items are added to the menu which points to a lack of training. The Strawberry Matcha lattes have been out for a week-ish by this point and I had to explain to the staff that there is a hot version of the drink as well as show them on the app that I did not order the iced version. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this Tim Hortons when seasonal items are added to the menu.
Always takes forever to receive your order, even if you order ahead through the app. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes just for one item. Also, their menu is very limited, and the app allows you to order things that they don’t even have in stock.
