I’m so done with Tim Hortons. Their employees keep messing up cold brews. I just went to this location, ordered a Vanilla cold brew . Got to the window I said to the lady “ this is an ice coffee not a vanilla cold brew” she said “ mam yes it is, it has less ice like you asked so the colour is different” ; sorry what? Went through the drive through about 9:45am, ordered breakfast items & 6 smile cookies to give to friends. They stuffed all 6 in a small bag so they were broken by the time I got to my destination. Saddest looking smile cookies I've ever seen! Cookies were all weird shapes and the icing eyes/smiles are so sloppy. Common sense and pride in you work is a thing of the past. Not only 1-2 my order was messed up 4 times, and i never order more than 2 items and those are the basic ones. Hate leaving a bad review but please just be very careful, legit ruined my morning
