This Tim’s is part of my morning commute and it’s a solid spot with quick service, due to the smaller menu. Shout out to Nan at this location - she is friendly and efficient! First time I’ve been a “regular” anywhere and it always brightens my morning when she figures out it’s me at the speaker, and remembers my usual drink order! Above and beyond.
Very slow they took 12 minutes to make 2 wraps I come here often and it’s always the same.
Me: "Tim Hortons regularly charges full price for incomplete products and I have to check your work to make sure I'm not being cheated." Tim Hortons: "Sorry to hear your experience wasn't up to our usual standards," (it was. That's the whole problem) "please go to our website and tell us about it AGAIN." This is exactly why Tim Hortons is an irrevocably terrible company.
I ordered a chocolate pistachio latte but they didn't add the whipped cream. Not happy and this happens a lot at Tim Hortons these days. I feel like I have to check your work, which is ridiculous. If I order it and pay for it, it means that I want it. Don't hold out on me.
I’m so done with Tim Hortons. Their employees keep messing up cold brews. I just went to this location, ordered a Vanilla cold brew . Got to the window I said to the lady “ this is an ice coffee not a vanilla cold brew” she said “ mam yes it is, it has less ice like you asked so the colour is different” ; sorry what? I said to her are you sure it’s a cold brew? Or am I gonna have to complain to costumer care after? She said I’m sure.
