The regular staff are great and remember my order every time they see me. Mixed opinions on when they hire new staff.
@TimHortons Today i visited your location at the esso on king george brantford and waited 30 minutes fot a ice cap and coffee, in this time i observed only one worker handling drive through , cash and all. When i asked once being served if she was the only one she said her 2 workers left her there to do garbage. Once i left i went iut back to call those workers out to help her as i seen her take care of 20 customers in tbe drive through and walk ins.... they were no where to be found. This Tim’s is usually really good, but it’s been a few months and this is the only Tim Hortons in town that never has my mobile order ready. When I’m in a rush I’ll order 10-15mins in advance and when I arrive there to have my coffee ready to grab and go, it’s never ready and I usually spent 5 minutes just waiting to get someone’s attention.
