I came to pick up an online order for my coworkers, and I was treated terribly. I ordered a latte that I was waiting for and an employee walked over and told me “we don’t have that”. I was confused because what do you mean you don’t have the stuff for a latte? The attitude that I was met with was very unprofessional. The employee then proceeded to walk away from our conversation and come back five minutes later, no latte in hand.
